I have been working with alternative therapies since 1990. After initially being trained as a clinical hypnotherapist, my interest in the mind-body connection was piqued.
In 1999 I was introduced to Reiki and was ‘attuned’ by Master Denise Crundall. This was my first conscious experience with the universal healing energy. I was fascinated and inspired to learn more.
