Hi I'm Lis, and I am the owner/operator of Holistic Love and Wellness.I am a proud Reiki Master, Reiki Masters and practitioners must undergo an attunement process in order to effectively channel the Reiki energies. You can use Reiki on its own for enhanced wellness or in conjunction with traditional medicine anytime your body, mind and soul need a powerful, beautiful boost. It can bring new life to a stressed-out, tired body. I infuse Reiki in my Balms, Salves & Serums and I also cleanse all crystals with Reiki before I send them to you.

I also use Reiki along with a few other modalities. Crystal Healing, Kensi-Crystal Healing and Chakra Healing. I am certified in Guided Meditation and I am a Chanting facilitator.
