With over 12 years of experience as a complementary therapist in palliative care and a background in corporate massage therapy, I now offer mobile and distance healing services designed to support the body, mind, and spirit. My services include Reiki healing, reflexology, Access Bars, relaxation massage, and one-on-one anxiety coaching .
Having personally overcome severe anxiety and panic attacks, I’m especially passionate about helping others reclaim their lives from anxiety. I offer a compassionate, holistic approach, combining therapeutic modalities to create deeply calming, restorative experiences—whether in person or remotely. My goal is to help clients feel balanced, empowered, and at peace.
