Alma.Reiki sessions are designed to suit your pace: Slow + sensory like Yin or energetic like a Vin-Flow. We’re all about self-restoration and meeting you where you’re at.
Yep, it’s about RELAXATION. A place for your nervous system to unwind. Yet, it can be about more. Clarity, depth, insight. A feeling of connection or direction. It’s individual.
Inspired by the Camino de Santiago, Alma.Reiki exists as a platform for reflection, personal development and reconnection with the self, on our walk, in this life.
Reiki can be a little like a sensory call to your body and soul to help you recalibrate.
