Hi, I'm Ruth from BeMe Wellness. I'm an energy healer and holistic counsellor and I work with sensitive/empathic women who are struggling with anxiety, poor health, low self-esteem and feel disconnected from their intuition/higher self.
I use energy healing and holistic counselling to identify and release trauma and energetic blocks so you can feel peaceful, healthy, happy, connected and empowered to move forward with ease.
