In my experience I found reiki healing and the power of healing crystals to enlighten the way I see life, it helps me stay on track with my life goals by relaxing and reducing lots of stress that I come across in my day to day life. Reiki is a hands on healing , performed on a massage table, client is fully clothed. I intuitively choose crystals for your healing placing them on the body, crystals have been used to heal ailments and illness for centeries and so they prompt healing of the mind, body and spirit.
