Over 20 years ago I experienced a period of profound change and growth that I'd never known was possible. It began with reiki.

This connection to love that reiki provided, encouraged me to know more about the body, mind, spirit dynamic. I believe I'd been gifted a key to a deeper, richer life.

My immersion into art therapy sparked the search for self knowledge. The way opened and I began my study of Vedanta, a philosophy that is so simple and yet so profound. The principle that my true nature is divine, and therefore limitless rang true.
By combining multiple therapies I've learned to peel back the layers of the perceived self - providing insights, new perspectives and bringing emotional, physical and spiritual balance and growth.
